"My oldest daughter Jorja has been doing Ninja Obstacle Training for 12 months, her little sister Sienna just started and they absolutely LOVE it! There are a range of obstacles that cater for a range of age, strength and fitness levels and there are different obstacles each week that keep the kids engaged.
